How does Viewable work?
When a new Google review comes in, paste it into Viewable (Reviews → Add a review from Google). Viewable writes a reply in your voice in a few seconds. Tap Copy reply, tap Open Google, paste it under the review, then tap Mark as replied.
How do I add my business?
Sign in with Google, then add your business under Locations with its name as it appears on Google. Adding a link to your Google reviews is optional; it makes the Open Google button go straight there.
How does Viewable learn my voice?
Under Brand voice, paste a few replies you've written to reviews before, and set your tone, a sign-off, notes about your business, and words to never use. Viewable also learns from replies you approve. Changes apply to the next draft.
Does anything post without my OK?
No. Viewable never posts anything for you. You copy each reply and paste it into Google yourself, so you always have the final say.
Will Viewable post replies to Google automatically?
Not yet. We're waiting on Google to approve our direct connection. Once it's approved, new reviews will arrive in Viewable on their own and you'll be able to post with one tap. Until then you copy and paste each reply, which takes a few seconds.
What happens when I get a bad review?
Viewable writes a calm, careful draft for 1 and 2 star reviews and flags them so you can answer them first. You can edit the draft or write your own.
What is the weekly digest?
Every Monday you get an email with your new reviews, average rating, how many were replied to, and anything waiting on you. You can turn it off in Settings.
Can I get new reviews by text message?
Text messages are coming soon, along with reviews that arrive in Viewable on their own once Google approves our direct connection.
What plans are there?
Reviews is $29/month for one location with unlimited drafts and the weekly digest. Growth is $69/month and adds review requests, profile posts and listing health checks as they launch. All-in is $99/month for up to 3 locations, plus auto-post, social replies and AI visibility as they launch. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan has a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then from Billing and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel or change my card?
Go to Billing and choose Manage billing. You can cancel, switch plans, update your card and download invoices there. Plans are month to month with no contract.
We're a dental office or clinic. Is that OK?
Yes. Turn on Healthcare privacy mode under Brand voice. Replies will never confirm that someone is a patient or mention any treatment or visit details.
How do I disconnect Google?
Remove Viewable's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or contact support and we'll delete your data. Viewable never sees your Google password.
